The Brain and Weight Loss
Neuroscientists have recently made important discoveries in
how our brains work. Here’s the good news: their research demonstrates many
simple things we can do to enhance brain function, and ultimately raise our
quality of life. It starts with being willing to train our brains in specific
ways, so we may make better choices and decisions when it comes to our health
and overall welfare.
My goal is to change the way overweight individuals think about themselves, their behaviors and weight, and what they can achieve through mind enhancement technologies. How we control our thoughts directly affects our ability to improve our lives. There are processes and controls to help us use our brain/mind power to maximize our potential for change. We’ll explore many of those ways and get on the express track for rapid weight reduction.
Good health is not just about how
our bodies look and feel. It’s also about keeping our lives in balance, so that
we are available for all the wonderful experiences that life has to offer us.
Weight reduction need not be entirely about huffing, puffing, and sweating. In
this program it’s more about being mentally strategic. Consider what you feed
yourself mentally, physically, and spiritually that causes your body to look and
feel the way it does.
